In progress painting of Robin V. Large, 30x40. Under-painting shown. I've thrown a frame on it just to see how it frames up with something big. Trying to finish it for next week's art walk here in Newnan. Looks sort of "prayerful" but I'm not sure what the title is going to be.

Love the painting but thinking the frame may be a tad too overwhelming for it. I could be wrong (I often am!) and perhaps it looks right in person.
Thanks Karen...that's a possibility...will definitly look at it when done to see. I'm sort of looking for a "reverent" feeling to this painting..even though she's in a tutu(!). The frame, while certainly attention getting, does not come across too imposing when viewed...at least to me. Good things to consider..thanks for the input!
